It just takes 15min by bus from 'suwon station' to 'old city centre'. A texi driver said ' After 9pm, the old city centre become 'Gost city'. Local governmant also try to re-vitalize the place and planed some project such as 'street design', however, there was no change. It is needed other solutions except phisical method.
