When I was a university student, I tried to read 'a thousand plateaus', but gave up. I was not able to understand even though read Korean version. But I understood a little about the meaning of 'rhizome' and like it as it comes from biology. 'Bottom-up' plan is more close to 'rhizome' as it can keep identity or characteristic of each elements of urban.
